integrated linguistics first of all, session knowledge went very very quickly.  I noticed that we needed to make some changes to the syllabus, and work better understanding with our surrounding partners: that good partnership looks like it needs some alliance synergy.  shout out Dr. Ritchie for holding it down as usual... When the culture of education, as a service "industry," catches up with the culture of  other #hkz related institutions (religion, health, shopping), we will experience a wholesale overhaul of the way we deliver, pursue, and reward our ministers.  When we respect educators as ministers of education, as opposed to just plain academics; when we revere them and hang on to their every word - which some of them meticulously prepare; when we compensate them properly - and there are no more "poor, righteous teachers" but instead we emphasize, " paid , righteous teachers" - we will see exponential growth in our community workings, deliverables, and execution.  As sure as God is no respecter of persons (sometimes the youngest child can teach the coldest lesson; as well as the insignificant associate can sometimes deliver the closest review), we should treat everyone as teachable, and teachworthy, until they prove otherwise.
