The Plon...Extended

When the culture of education, as a service "industry," catches up with the culture of  other #hkz related institutions (religion, health, shopping), we will experience a wholesale overhaul of the way we deliver, pursue, and reward our ministers.  When we respect educators as ministers of education, as opposed to just plain academics; when we revere them and hang on to their every word - which some of them meticulously prepare; when we compensate them properly - and there are no more "poor, righteous teachers" but instead we emphasize, "paid, righteous teachers" - we will see exponential growth in our community workings, deliverables, and execution.  As sure as God is no respecter of persons (sometimes the youngest child can teach the coldest lesson; as well as the insignificant associate can sometimes deliver the closest review), we should treat everyone as teachable, and teachworthy, until they prove otherwise.

As such, I hope to help bring about an education revolution - not because I know everything there is to know - but because I don't know everything there is to know, and my grappling for knowledge has reached peak levels.  When we want to study as bad as we want to shop, to study as hard as we want to work out, to study as intensely as we worship, our #hkz will improve dramatically.  Moreover, we will become contagious in our dealings, and work towards a more thorough understanding of #theplon...extended.  In addition, when we receive our ministers' words the way we receive our pastors, respond the way we respond to our coaches, and ask questions the way we inquire of our sales associates, we will engage ministers of education on a higher level...waiting in expectancy.

This semester, we are revisiting #theplon with critical analysis of our s/t, l/t goals, and locus of control; we also will seek to reveal a divine plan for each of our participants, and focus on making intercessory prayer when appropriate.  The plon...extended is open for enrollment based on commenting on these blog posts and emailing me at @peace9xbylord@gmail.com

Peace.

wisdom borne serves cipher-equality

Today's mathematics (06/29) features Cipher-Equality, Wisdom-Borne. The entire month of June was Cipher Equality, which is to say that if you want equality, you must do the math within the cipher to gain equality.  Civil rights, human rights, gender rights, are all examples of cipher-equality issues: internally transcribed and directed, we are asking the critical question what does my cipher need to adjust in order to maintain/gain equality with the dominant majority?  First, as a unit; secondly, as individuals.  Third, as a unit again after the wisdom of the collective creates modifications to the cipher dynamics.  In other words, what changes are your changes challenging, and are you changing wisely (for the better and the benefit of the kingdom).  Wisdom borne is therefore defined within the cipher as the applied knowledge and understanding necessary to make a positive change by challenging the old habits, in a synergistic and fluid manner.  Just acti...

lesson for the week all in one paragraph

Cipher Destroy or Rebuild / cipher borne      0                    8                       0         9  Shalom.  All you need to know about cipher destroy or rebuild is that it lives to do your bidding.  This is your time to make exponential leaps and bounds into your infinite.  Your entire cipher should be on standby for cipher destroy or rebuild and be prepared to check thoroughly everything you send their way.  Is the premonition to destroy or rebuild?  Is the tendency to dead something or [resume] building.  When you add in the cipher borne fragment, same cipher, same work/file*, you challenge your cipher to keep grinding until you borne new information, creatively, linking a new way to see the old.  Let wisdom guide you until you borne new; It's a tidy, thoughtful, thorough way to consider each file yo...

When is Wilin' Healthy?

What The Exonerated 5 teaches on "Wilin'" "It makes you realize how far we have to go."  Caleel Harris couldn't have said it better when he reminisced on the overall lessons he learned from playing the role of Antron McCray, one of the five wrongfully convicted men in the case of the "Central Park Jogger."  We - we as a people, we as a community, we as a population of African-Americans, we as delighters in justice, and of course, we as citizens of this republic - have very far to go before justice for all can become a reality.  In the case at hand, barely teenage boys were ensnared in a gnarly, pre-determined conspiracy that coerced their false testimonies under varying but consistent ranges of pressure.  The testimonies, de-contextualized, isolated, and chopped up by the detective squad, and later presented as evidence in court, were the main source of evidence against the boys; but the excruciating details of how this evidence was illegally as...
