Wait on the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait on the Lord. Psalms 27:14
Today's Math: 11/22: Knowledge-Knowledge/Wisdom-Wisdom
Patience, when mounting an offensive, is crucial. Just as the running back has to wait for his blockers to attack the line and open the hole, we have to wait for the Lord to operate. Take, for example, Le'veon Bell of the Steelers , who used to line up seven yards deep in his own backfield in order to time the appropriate attack. He would gather, reassess his plan, and literally attack the defensive line better than many professional RB's. He has matured into a workhorse for the Steel City while developing his stutter step/hesitation move. This move is knowledge_knowledge: he knows what the play calls for, and he adjusts to the defense and O-line quite naturally ((ac)knowledge). Finally, he uses his bag of tricks to instinctively execute wisdom_wisdom and ball on his opponents (your wisdom vs my wisdom = your ways vs. my ways), making them miss, using angles, and finishing the play with a stiff-arm or a juke. Relative theory: For all His plans, God might be "right" and righteous instantaneously, however, he is waiting for the right moment and players to execute appropriately. It took patience to escape Egypt. It took patience to cross the wilderness. It took patience to inherit the holy land. It takes patience to escape personal bondage, but there is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain! The Lord is just and faithful in each scenario.
Don't sit idly while you execute patience, either...have your studies with you. Have your understudies with you. Have your knowledge-knowledge with you so you can feed the beast within. Those byte size chunks of info never felt so good as when you are studying your adversary while learning the Lord. There is no rush. However, when you activate wisdom_wisdom, you certainly had better be prepared: that's when the professionals ante up - be ready for raw and unadulterated competition -your ways vs his ways. Prepare your attack and ball!!!
