Cipher Power protection in institutions

Cipher Power.  All May long.

Not cipher _________, but power. Power is the mechanism used to get ish done.  Just a plan won't be enough, nor will just an idea.  But the power to push operations thru must be engaged in order to get ish done.  And power to get things done is what governments, churches, schools, hospitals, and fraternities are built upon, each organizational siloh with a distinct mission and interpretation of the rules and opportunities at hand.

By (24) wisdom * culture or freedom means that today we celebrate the fact that we can wisely choose the just cultural aspects of power that enables us to be powerful beyond regard. Freedom is necessary for power of God to be manipulated, for example, free will is a necessary component of subscribed (and prescribed) Godly behavior.  You're on this site because you want to be, not because someone forced you to be!  Now if you return to find more info and leave one, that's on you.  But since you are now part of our cipher, welcome, and more power to you!

Many blessings to the victims and victims' families in Manchester after the horrific events of Monday night's bombing.  We can't let the terrorists stop us from assembling.
